My experience: Beausilk already has a review on google, so I did not have to think much before placing my first order. But I was curious to know why there was such a steep difference in the price of Beausilk and Dame Essentials products when both sell 100% Mulberry. So I ordered from Dame Essentials as well to check whether there was any quality difference. Coincidentally, both products reached to me in 4-5 days at the same time.
After comparing products from both the brands, I can say that Beausilk Bonnet was just as silky and soft to touch as my Dame Essentials' pillowcase. As a layman with no expertise, I could find no difference in the silk quality of both the brands and feel that both brands give equally good products.
Coming to the bonnet, I was worried that it might be too loose on my small head, but it was a perfect fit. The elastic band is quite tight which ensures that the cap does not slip away. Although, I do find it missing when I wake up in the middle of the night. Besides, it does feel uncomfortable at times due to the elastic band, but I have got used to it.
The cap is very soft and quality feels quite rich. I usually have messed up and all tangled up hair when I wake up in the morning, but since the time I started using Bonnet, I wake up to I-slept-like this hair. It has become easier to comb my hair after sleep with almost zero hair falling and breakage. The bonnet also looks elegant and can be paired in day time as an accessory with some of your dresses. Also, the bonnet can be carried along while travelling.
Overall, I am very happy with the purchase. However, since the time I started using pillow, I don't use bonnet much because I have short hair and bonnet gives my head a little heavy feeling due to its elastic band. So, if you have short hair, I would advise you to spend on a pillowcase instead of a bonnet, because it may not be very comfortable to wear it every night.

If you are looking for a silk pillowcase and have not decided where to buy from, Beausilk seems to be a good option. I have already ordered one more product and that is the Eye mask.
Update 5.2.2020: I got the eye mask and it is very loose on my face, trying to place a return request. It would also be a good test of its customer service.
Update 9.2.2020: If I return, the whole courier responsibility is on me including the courier charges and safe delivery back to the company. The amount will be returned when the product reaches them back and if they are satisfied with its condition. I wanted to avoid this hassle, so I've decided to stitch the band and make it work.

Update 19.7.2021 I washed the eye sleeping mask in Ezee and now the cloth is not as soft as it used to be.

I have mixed thoughts owing to my experience with customer service and products.
Overall Verdict:
Although, I like the product quality, I must say that I am not very satisfied with the customer service.
The return process is tedious and not customer-friendly.
My recommended brands are: Dameessentials, and Manetain store
