Milagro Beauty Oil | Review | Brand Awareness Series #3

Are you one of those who love glow? Has the fantasy of Korean glass skin got to you as well?

Although, I'm not going to talk about Korean glass skin, I'm letting you know about a product I use for that healthy glow we all crave.

oil+pure+gold+foilA little bit about the brand: Started by an Indian Entrepreneur cum Make-up enthusiast, Milagro Beauty expanded from just one product (the oil we are reviewing today) to many other products including: Green Tea & Watermelon Toner, Milagro Body lotion and Milagro Hydrogel Sunblock. The first product Milagro Beauty oil has been well received by the community and embraced by many make-up artists. (I've seen Leena Bhushan using this on her brides to prep the skin)

About the Product: Milagro Beauty Oil: Infused with 24k gold leaves, the oil is a revolution in the skin care industry. Absolutely organic and chemical free, it has pure essential oils and multivitamins as its key ingredients. The oil is a non greasy formula that hydrates the skin, provides anti-ageing benefits, and prevents tanning.

It can be used as a moisturizer for all skin types and beneath the make-up for a dewy foundation finish.

My Experience:
I had been following her on Instagram for quite a while as she has been a reseller of beauty and make-up products.  So, when she launched her own brand, I was excited to try it. The oil is occasionally at 10 % discount, so, when I saw it, I immediately bought it. I'm proud that so many quality Indian beauty brands are coming, but I do hope that they make products affordable.

This tiny 15 ml bottle is 1600 INR:( I mean I know gold flakes and all, but still. Anyway, let's get back to the point.

First of all, I use it only at night right after my face wash. I take 3-4 drops, massage them in my palms and then tap it all on my face, under eyes as well as neck, and Oh boy, how quickly and flawlessly it seeps into the skin without any fuss. This is so non greasy that it beat many of my facial oils out in the competition. It's light-weight, so it doesn't feel suffocating on the skin.  The difference becomes visible almost immediately but specially after about a week.
It makes skin glowy and also helps get rid of the tan. The glowing here is quite different. It is not just teeny meeny glow we're talking about, It gives the kind of glow that would make you forget wearing make-up. Since I spend so much time on computer and phone screens, I have dark circles, and I use this oil under my eyes. I've noticed some improvement in dark circles. Most importantly, the under eye area looks very hydrated and nourished. I've also tried using it on lips, but noted no difference, so I stopped using it on lips.

This single bottle, if used once daily, will last me about 2 months. The good thing is, it has replaced and even made me cut down on my skin care products hoarding. So, I'd be able to afford it almost every time. This bottle is really the product many of us have been looking for. Just give it a try and you'll find that it is worth it. I think this oil is a blessing for all skin types and perfect treat for skin during winter season.

When you do, do come back to my blog or YouTube channel and thank me. :wink

Caution: Sometimes, I did get a pimple here or there, I'm not sure whether it was specifically because of this, but during those times, I would stop using it, and then resume after the pimple has healed.
