Sturdy book style

My Experience
I bought this palette because I was bored of my neutral palettes. I wanted to use bright color shadows, but since it was just an experiment, I didn't want to spend a lot on a palette. When I saw this palette, it seemed just the right one for my experiments.

I have been using this palette a lot during my makeup practice sessions and master classes, and I have created a lot of looks with just this one palette. It is so versatile and easy to carry that I often reach out for it even if I have many other palettes. It has all the shades we usually need: neutrals as well as vibrant ones. It has all textures we need: matte, shimmers as well as foil ones.

(You can check the looks I created with this palette on my Instagram:
Look 1:)

Some shades are silky soft while others just more matte, but none is very chalky. I haven't faced any fall-out issues with any color or texture yet. The shades also are quite long lasting. (Have stayed on my eyelids for about 6-7 hours easily without any fading).
Some makeup artists find some shades less pigmented than others in this palette and suggest it only for beginners for their practice. I personally use a dark gel base or light color base to make the colors pop out more and get the desirable pigmentation. As far as I'm concerned, I highly recommend this palette and whoever has bought it on my recommendation has only kind words of appreciation to say about this palette, which gives me confidence to write this post and suggest this palette to all of you.

There are times when you want to skip neutrals and play with some colors. Even if you are not an eye shadow person, this palette is perfect for using colors as smudged smokey liners under waterline or on eyes.
I love this palette for so many reasons:
  1. It is compact and opens like a book, so it is very easy to carry around.
  2. It has total 72 eyeshadow pans and colors to play with.
  3. I love the pigmentation of these colors. Fall out is minimal and color pay off is beautiful. I have been using this palette a lot for my recent looks and I just can't get enough of it.
  4. has a variety of textures: mattes, shimmer, and foil eyeshadows. So, one palette is enough to create different types of look.
  5. has a good balance of neutral and rainbow colors, thus, will satisfy most eye make-up lovers.
  6. Eyeshadows are pretty easy to work with.
  7. A palette for everyone from beginners to professionals.
  8. Budget-friendly. (I got mine @1800 INR, but depending on discounts, the palette is available at any price from 1200 to 2200 INR)

Honestly, I don't find any cons in this pretty palette, but, like I said, some artists feel that some shades are less pigmented and difficult to work with.

Overall Verdict
If you love playing with colors, and are looking for a budget friendly palette, go for this.
